Hclout is a storefront over a vetted supplier network. We carry 8866 services across 19 platforms, and those two numbers are read from the live catalog as this page loads, not typed into it.
We never ask for your password
Every service we sell works from a public username or a public link. There is no point in the order flow where an account password is requested, because nothing we do requires one. Any service that asks for yours is doing something else.
Check the quality before you pay anything
The free tier hands out real orders on the same services the shop sells. Not a trial version, not a sample: the identical product, bought from the identical supplier.
That is deliberate, and it works in both directions. Because a free claim buys exactly what a paying customer buys, every claim is a live test of the catalog. A service that has started failing shows itself on a free order costing a fraction of a cent, instead of on somebody's paid one.
When an order fails, the refund is automatic
A failed order is refunded in full and a partial order pro-rata for whatever did not arrive, without anybody having to ask. The refund policy sets out exactly how that works.
Why we write about our own competitors
Because we had to research this market before we could operate in it, and almost everything published about it is an affiliate page wearing a review's clothes. We keep detailed files on the services in this industry, including the ones that took people's money and vanished, and we publish what is in them on the blog. Some of it is unflattering about companies that are still trading. It stays up.
