By using Hclout you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Hclout provides social media marketing services (followers, likes, views and similar) delivered to a public link or username you provide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and vary by service.

You must own or be authorised to promote the account you submit, keep it public for the duration of delivery, and comply with the target platform's own terms. Submitting private accounts or invalid links may cause an order to fail.

Your order is recorded against the exact username or link you submitted, and that record is the only way we can verify it later. If you change your username after ordering, we cannot confirm that a different profile is the same account, so refills, top-ups and order support are no longer possible for that order.

This is not a technicality we hide behind. Once a handle changes, any account could be presented as the original, and we have no way to tell them apart. Change your username before you order, not after, and if you must change it during delivery, contact support first so we can note it against the order while it is still verifiable.

No illegal content, no accounts promoting hate or abuse, and no attempts to defraud the service (including chargeback abuse). We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.
