Refund Policy

We want you to order with confidence. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Automatic refunds

If an order fails, or only partially delivers, we refund automatically. A failed order is refunded in full; a partial order is refunded pro-rata for the undelivered amount. Refunds go to your Hclout balance for instant re-use, and can be withdrawn on request.

Before delivery starts

If an order hasn't been sent to a provider yet, you can cancel it for a full refund from your order page or by contacting support.

After delivery

Once a service has been delivered as described, it can't be refunded, since the work is done and can't be reversed. If quality drops (for example followers dropping off), use the refill option where the service supports it.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a dispute, almost every issue is solved faster that way. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in an account ban.
