- The delivered quantity is significantly less than ordered and cannot be refilled
- You were charged incorrectly
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Orders that have been fully delivered
- Drops that occur after the 30-day guarantee period
- Account changes (username changes, private accounts, deleted posts)
- Violations of social media platform terms that result in account suspension
- Change of mind after order has started
