Yes. We only ever need your public link or username, never your password. We don't post, log in, or touch your account settings.

Never. If any service ever asks for your password, it's a scam. Ours never will.

Most orders start within minutes. Total time depends on the service and quantity: many finish within hours, larger or slower services can take a few days. You can watch progress on your order page.

Many services include a refill guarantee, shown with a Refill tag on the service. If covered numbers drop within the guarantee window, request a refill from your order page. One condition: the profile has to still carry the username you ordered with, because that is what the refill is checked against. If you rename the account afterwards we cannot match it back to the order.
