Can you still buy Clubhouse followers? Three sellers listed 100 for $3.50 to $16 on October 23, 2026. What a follower does there, and how active Clubhouse is.
You can still buy Clubhouse followers. On October 23, 2026, three sellers we read listed 100 for between $3.50 and $16, and 1,000 for between $26 and $149. Clubhouse is still running, too. Its Android app was updated on October 22, 2026, and Google Play counts more than 10 million downloads. The catch is what a follower does there. A bought follower raises your count, but it doesn't put a listener in your room. One seller even sells "room visitors" as a separate product.

Is Clubhouse still active in 2026?
Yes, though it's a long way from its 2021 peak. Its store listings show an app that's still kept up:

The App Store showed version 26.10.20, out about ten hours before we looked, with Clubhouse at #31 in News. Google Play says the app was "Updated on Oct 22, 2026." There's a paid tier now, too. Clubhouse Plus costs $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year on iPhone.
The turn came in 2023. On April 27, 2023, CNBC reported that Clubhouse was "cutting half its staff two years after investors valued the nascent startup at $4 billion." Engadget quoted the founders, Paul Davison and Rohan Seth, saying they were "scaling back our org by over 50%." Clubhouse publishes no user count, so treat any number you see as a guess.
What does a Clubhouse follower do?
Following is how listeners choose what they hear about. The App Store listing promises a feed "curated just for you" from the "topics, people and rooms you care about." That's why hosts chase followers: a follow is a listener asking to see your rooms.
It's also the limit of a bought follower. It raises the number on your profile. Whether anyone behind the number turns up to listen is a separate question, and the sellers treat it as one. Media Mister lists room visitors as their own service, at "$5 per 100 Room Visitors." On a live audio app, a big follower count next to a small room is easy to spot.

Three things stand out:
- The spread is wide. For 1,000 followers, Media Mister asks more than five times what the cheapest seller does.
- Some pages disagree with themselves. Media Mister's title says "from $3," its text says "from as little as $13," and its FAQ says $16 for 100. Viplikes' title says "From $1.99," but its smallest package is 50 followers for $2.99.
- Two big sellers blocked our reader. GetAFollower's title in Google promises a start of "$1.79," and Famups showed us a bot check, so we couldn't confirm either price.
Another result in Google's top 10, SMMPanelogy's Clubhouse page, was last changed in April 2022.
Is it worth buying Clubhouse followers?
Only in a narrow case. If you already host rooms on a schedule, and a small count is holding you back with co-hosts or clubs, a small package is a cheap test. If you don't host, you'd be paying for a number nobody looks at.
Order the smallest package first. Sellers ask for your username or club link, and Media Mister's order form asks for nothing more. Any seller that wants your Clubhouse login is a no. The cheap end also comes with promises nobody can check, such as "Non Drop & Instant Delivery." Clubhouse's own terms sit on a site that blocks automated readers, so we can't quote its rules on bought followers.
How do you get more Clubhouse followers for free?
The tactics that work cost time:
- Host on a schedule. The same day and time each week gives listeners a habit to keep.
- Speak in other people's rooms. It's how strangers hear you and decide to follow.
- Start or join a club. A club gives regulars one place to find your rooms.
- Co-host with someone close to your niche. Their listeners meet you in a room they already trust.
- Bring your audience along. Tell your Instagram or Telegram followers when you're going live.
Google Play's listing says you can "even earn money from hosting," so a real audience is worth more there than a big count.
