Kicksta and Path Social both sell monthly Instagram growth. Kicksta works from your own account: you give it your password and it engages with people in your niche. On October 22, 2026, it cost $69 or $129 a month. Path Social keeps its prices behind its sign-up flow and pitches "Real, Organic Instagram Followers" through "personalized AI targeting," in its words. We read both through our server and Google, and we didn't sign up for either.

Quick Answer: If you want public prices and written terms, Kicksta has them, along with a 7-day trial and strict refund rules. Path Social's terms and prices are harder to see, though its outside reviews read better. Kicksta needs your Instagram password, and anything that acts from your account runs into Instagram's 2018 rule on third-party apps.

Kicksta

Kicksta engages with "sources," accounts and hashtags your audience follows, from your own Instagram. Its Growth plan costs $69 a month and Advanced $129, or $39 and $79 a month if you pay for a year. Monthly and quarterly plans start with a 7-day free trial, and you need a card for it.

It needs your password. Its FAQ says "Instagram has no official way for a service to engage on your behalf without it," meaning the password. That's a change from its own October 2025 blog, which said "You never have to share your password" at the time. By sharing your login, its terms say, "You consent to a login from one of Our hubs, which may be in a different geographical region," so expect logins from elsewhere.

Refunds are "reviewed on a case-by-case basis," and quarterly and yearly plans "are non-refundable." The cancel button in your dashboard works only "48 hours before renewal," so mark the date. Our Kicksta review covers its terms in full.

Path Social

Path Social's homepage, as the Internet Archive saved it in September 2026, promises "No bots. Just real, engaged growth through personalized AI targeting," by that copy. Its plan prices sit behind sign-up, and its site shows our server a challenge page, so we couldn't read its terms.

What competitors quote doesn't agree. Kicksta's own comparison, from October 24, 2025, lists Path Social's Core plan at "$49/month" and its Elite plan at "$69/month." It also claims "There's no trial, no refund policy" at Path Social. Sup Growth, another rival, quotes Core at £44 a month for UK buyers. Both sell competing services, so check the price at Path Social's checkout.

Its outside reviews read better than Kicksta's. SmartCustomer shows 59 reviews and a 4.9 rating on a page Path Social has claimed, and ScamAdviser calls its trust score "fair." The domain dates to December 4, 2014. Our Path Social review has more.

What both have in common

Both are subscriptions that bill until you cancel, and both promise followers through engagement with other accounts. Kicksta's method acts from your account, and Instagram said in 2018 that it would begin "removing inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity," which covers Kicksta's method. Path Social doesn't say how its targeting works on the pages we could read.
