SidesMedia Review: Is It Legit? What It Sells Now

SidesMedia is a working shop for TikTok, YouTube, Spotify and dozens of other platforms. Its terms say a company called Social LLC runs it from the United Arab Emirates. It no longer sells Instagram. On October 22, 2026, its old Instagram followers page sent us to its homepage, and its price list showed no Instagram service. Its TikTok prices sit at or above the market: 1,000 TikTok followers cost $29.99, against a $21.99 median across the 28 sites we compared. Outside checks are thin. Sitejabber has no reviews of it, and ScamAdviser rates its trust score "very low."

We read the shop's own pages through our server on October 22, 2026. We compared its prices with our database and checked where several addresses lead. We didn't buy anything.

Does SidesMedia sell Instagram followers?

Not anymore. Its pricing page lists YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X), Spotify, Snapchat, Telegram, Twitch, LinkedIn, Reddit and more, with no Instagram service. Its old Instagram followers address now forwards to the homepage.

Older reviews still talk about its Instagram followers. One is a YouTube video from July 16, 2024 that Google shows for "sidesmedia review." They describe a service it doesn't list today.

Who runs SidesMedia?

Its about page says the shop "was founded in 2017 and acquired by a group in 2023." Its terms, last updated October 12, 2026, say "The Services are provided by Social LLC," under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Its careers page names the operator as "Social FZ LLC in the United Arab Emirates." The domain is older still: the registry dates sidesmedia.com to October 16, 2006.

Three other brands now send visitors to it.

Brand	Where it lands
Growthoid	Its homepage
TokUpgrade	Its TikTok followers page
TokSocial	Its TikTok followers page

Where each brand's .com address sent our server on October 22, 2026.

If you came here from Growthoid, TokUpgrade or TokSocial, this is where those addresses end up now.

How much does SidesMedia charge?

Package	SidesMedia	Median price
1,000 TikTok followers	$29.99	$21.99
10,000 TikTok followers	$119.99	$119.99
1,000 TikTok views	$1.99	$1.99

SidesMedia's TikTok pages (standard tier), read October 22, 2026. Medians from each site's own page in our competitor database the same day; they cover 18 to 28 sites per package. We left Hclout out of this table.

For 1,000 TikTok followers, 18 of the other 27 sites charged less. At 10,000 followers and for views, it sat right at the median. It also sells subscriptions priced 15% below one-off orders, with auto followers from $4.99 a month. Our guide to cheap TikTok followers compares more sites.

Its about page also lists "Reputation Management (Reviews)" and "Accounts" among its services.

What does SidesMedia promise, and what do its terms say?

SidesMedia says	Its terms or TikTok say
Buying is "legal"	Commercial use may be deceptive
"No" to bans	TikTok removes fake followers
Money-back guarantee	Refunds in narrow cases

SidesMedia's FAQ, Terms (October 12, 2026) and Refund Policy (October 2026); TikTok's Community Guidelines as Google showed them, October 22, 2026.

Its FAQ answers "No" when asked whether buying followers gets you banned. It says platforms suspend accounts "for bot activity and for password-sharing with third-party apps, not for receiving engagement from real users." It also claims "over 1 million orders without an account ban," which we can't check.

TikTok's guidelines, as Google shows them, say that when TikTok finds inauthentic metrics, "we'll remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals."

Its own terms are more careful than its FAQ. They limit the service to "personal, non-commercial use only." They also warn that "using fake or artificially inflated social media metrics for any commercial purpose may constitute an unfair or deceptive practice." In the US, that's the FTC rule 16 CFR 465.8.

What do SidesMedia's refund and refill rules say?

The refund policy, updated in October 2026, gives a full refund if an order is never delivered, comes in "significantly under" and can't be finished, or starts late and you no longer want it. Drops are refilled for 30 days after delivery. If you change your mind after the order starts, the policy offers "a refill or credit first." The policy asks you to contact support before any chargeback. The terms add that a "fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback" can lead them to "reset all followers and likes" and ban your IP address.

What do outside checks say about SidesMedia?

Sitejabber, which now sends visitors to SmartCustomer, lists the shop as "Unclaimed" with 0 reviews. ScamAdviser says "The trust score of sidesmedia.com is very low," notes a flag from the security firm Gridinsoft, and says it "did not find reviews on popular review sites." Its check was about four months old.

Google's results need care. The Trustpilot page Google showed for "sidesmedia review" belongs to sidesmediareview.info, a different site. And the top Reddit thread dates from January 2021, before the 2023 acquisition.

Is Sides Media Company Philippines the same as SidesMedia?

Nothing we read links them. A Reddit thread from December 6, 2023 asks whether "Sides Media Company PH" is legit, after a recruiter message that said "We got your number from LinkedIn." Reddit's rules kept us from reading the thread. SidesMedia's careers page says it has "no formally posted vacancies right now."

Is SidesMedia legit?

It's a working shop with public prices, a dated refund policy and named companies in its terms. Before you pay, weigh four things. It no longer sells Instagram. Its TikTok followers cost more than most sites. Its FAQ promises more than its terms and TikTok's rules support. And outside checks are thin.
