Buy YouTube watch hours? We stopped selling them.

Watch hours are the hard half of the Partner Programme bar, and YouTube checks them hardest. Here is how channels actually reach 4,000.

Why Hclout does not sell YouTube

We sold YouTube views, subscribers, likes, comments and watch hours until August 2026, and then we stopped. YouTube's own systems find bought engagement and remove it. Orders finished, and within days the numbers they added were gone again. That happened with every supplier we tried, so it was not a supplier we could replace.

Selling something that disappears after a week is not a product. So YouTube is closed on Hclout, for paid orders and for the free tier, and it stays closed until that changes on YouTube's side.

What YouTube Watch Hours do for a channel

The Partner Programme needs 4,000 public watch hours in the last 12 months, next to 1,000 subscribers. That is 240,000 minutes of people watching public videos. Most channels reach the subscriber half first; the hours are the bottleneck. YouTube reviews the whole channel before it lets anyone in, not just the meter.

What moves it instead

Longer videos that people finish are the fastest honest route: ten viewers who watch 20 minutes add as much as two hundred who leave after one. Playlists, end screens that point at the next video, and a clear series all keep the same viewers watching longer. Shorts views do not count toward the 4,000 hours; they count toward the separate Shorts route.
