What does refill mean?

Refill covers DROPS: delivered followers that later vanish, usually because the platform removed accounts in a purge. You report or the system detects the drop, and the missing amount is re-delivered.

It does not cover everything that can change a count. If you rename the handle, set the account private, or the platform actions your account, refills don't apply, and a provider promising otherwise is promising something it can't do.

Windows vary by service: 30 days is a common honest shape, some run longer. On our listings, services marked with a refill guarantee state their window; unmarked services are priced as delivered-as-is.

The window's meaning is simple: inside it, drops are the provider's problem. Outside it, they're yours. Price the difference when comparing services, because a cheap service without refill can cost more than a marked one after one bad cleanup.

A refill replaces lost units with more of the SAME stock. If a service drops half its delivery every month, refilling re-runs the problem: that's a retention issue, and the fix is a better grade, not a warranty claim.

Treat the refill line as a quality disclosure: providers guarantee what they expect to survive. A strong guarantee usually sits on stock built to last; a missing one tells you what the provider expects.
