Blastup Review: What Its Terms and Its Promises Say

Blastup is run by SocialUp LLC, offers a 30-day refund, and bans any business use in its terms. Its claims, its rules, and why Blastup reviews are spam.

Blastup is a working shop for Instagram and TikTok followers, likes and views. SocialUp LLC runs it from an address in New York. Its terms offer more than some sellers do: you can ask for a full refund within 30 days if you're not happy. But the same terms ban "any commercial purpose whatsoever," while its own FAQ says influencers use it to "secure brand partnerships." And its claim that it has "never had a client account banned" isn't something Instagram's or TikTok's rules support.

We read Blastup's buy pages, its about page and its terms through our own server on October 22, 2026. We didn't buy anything.

Who runs Blastup?

The terms name the company: Blastup's services are "provided by SocialUp LLC," and the contract is with "SocialUp LLC, 1766 Lake Forest Drive, 10504 New York, United States." Its about page says Blastup "was created in 2012 by social media experts as a personal project to boost our own Instagram account."

What do Blastup's refund and refill terms say?

Blastup's Terms of Service, sections 2.14 to 2.16, and its buy page, read October 22, 2026.

That goes further than LeoFame's terms, for example, which rule out refunds for bans and unfollows. Blastup also says it "cannot guarantee or warrant that the Services will meet your requirements," which is standard wording.

What does Blastup ban in its own terms?

Business use. The terms say: "Services are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of our products or services is expressly prohibited." They list what that covers, including "Influencing potential customers or business partners."

Its own FAQ points the other way: "Many top creators and influencers use services like ours as a strategic tool," and that buying followers "helps maintain growth momentum and secure brand partnerships."

The ban fits US law. An FTC rule bans buying fake indicators of social media influence that you "knew or should have known to be fake" when they "materially misrepresent" your influence "for a commercial purpose." It's 16 CFR 465.8.

Do Blastup's no-ban claims hold up?

Instagram has said it removes "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity." TikTok's rules list "Buying or selling followers or engagement for financial gain" as spam. We can't check Blastup's own record, but neither platform promises what Blastup promises.

Why are Blastup reviews in Google so bad?

Many of them aren't reviews. On October 22, 2026, five of Google's top 10 US results for "blastup review" were spam or about something else. The previews of two more showed unrelated posts.

The top four sat on help centers or shop blogs. They belong to a newspaper, a hunting education site, a design school and a shoe brand. Each one ranks "alternatives," and one puts a seller called Promotid first. Treat any review that lives on an unrelated company's help center as an ad.

How much does Blastup cost?

Blastup's package lists load in your browser, so our reader saw only the starting prices. Followers start at $2.99, likes at $1.39 and TikTok followers at $4.99. A starting price buys the smallest package. To compare per 1,000 across sites, see our guides to cheap Instagram followers and cheap TikTok followers.

Is Blastup legit?

It's a registered company with public terms and a 30-day refund, which counts in its favor. Two things are worth weighing. Its terms ban business use, so they don't cover what its own FAQ suggests. And its no-ban claims go further than any platform rule.

What are the alternatives to Blastup?
