Celebian Review: Prices, Refund Terms and Its Trustpilot Exit
Celebian charges $26.99 for 1,000 TikTok followers and refunds only orders not completed in 48 hours. Its free likes, Trustpilot exit and reviews.
Celebian sells TikTok followers, likes and views, and it charged $26.99 for 1,000 followers on October 23, 2026. Its homepage promises "a generous refund policy." Its terms are narrower: "Refunds are provided only for orders that have not been completed within 48 hours from the time of purchase." Trustpilot removed its profile in November 2025, and Celebian says so on its own reviews page.
Celebian gives free TikTok likes and views to try first, and it never asks for your password. We read its pages, ScamAdviser and Sitejabber through our server on October 23, 2026, and didn't buy anything. "Celebian" gets about 14,800 Google searches a month, and "celebian free likes" about 1,900, by Google's Keyword Planner that day.

Our competitor price table puts the median for 1,000 TikTok followers at $21.99 across 28 shops, and the cheapest at $6.09. It's $5 above the median, and 17 of the 28 charge less. Its larger packs fall fast in price per follower: 10,000 cost $99.99, under four times the price of 1,000.
Celebian also sells automatic likes and views for new uploads. You pay with a card or Apple Pay, and Celebian says "We will never ask for your password."
What do Celebian's refund terms cover?
The homepage and the terms don't read the same, so read both before you pay.
The homepage says "Every package we sell is verified and delivery is guaranteed. If something looks off, our team will make it right." The followers page says "We handle each refund request manually." Asked whether followers drop, Celebian answers that "drops are rare" and points to its "generous refund policy" and 24/7 support.
The Terms of Service, effective October 1, 2020, set the rule. Clause 2.11 says refunds "are provided only for orders that have not been completed within 48 hours from the time of purchase." The terms also say Celebian "does not guarantee in any way the number of 'likes', 'views' or 'followers'" you receive. The pages we read don't name a refill for drops.
So a slow or stuck order can be refunded, and followers that drop after a completed order can't be, under the terms.
Why is Celebian no longer on Trustpilot?
Celebian explains it on its own reviews page. "On 23 November 2025, we received a notice from Trustpilot saying it considered Celebian a 'bad fit' under its Code of Ethics and business eligibility criteria," it says. The notice said the domain would be removed within three working days, and it's gone now.
Celebian still shows its old score, from an archived copy of that day: 4.7 out of 5 from 2,094 reviews. It calls that figure "historical, rather than a current Trustpilot rating or an active endorsement" in its own words.
What do other review sites say?
- ScamAdviser gives celebian.com "an average to good trust score," in a check a month old on October 23, 2026.
- Sitejabber, which now opens as SmartCustomer, shows 4.0 from 7 reviews. All seven were posted between July 12 and 15, 2024, and the page is unclaimed.
- Celebian's own followers page shows 4.7 from 24 reviews, which it says were "collected on our website and through email requests."
- Reddit, in Google's preview: a buyer wrote in February 2024 that 1,000 followers arrived in about 6 hours, though they'd asked for 12.
Who runs Celebian?
The terms name Celebian LLC, at "420 HAUL ROAD, 94041 CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES." The homepage says its promises go back to 2019. Verisign's registry dates celebian.com to June 25, 2020.
Does Celebian give free likes?
Yes. "We offer free TikTok likes and free TikTok views so you can see the quality of our services before spending anything," its homepage says. The trial page asks for a TikTok username, and the amount isn't shown before you enter one.
Why do Celebian followers drop?
TikTok removes accounts and engagement it decides aren't real. "If we detect accounts or content with inauthentic metrics, we'll remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals," TikTok's policy says, as Google showed it. Celebian says drops are rare, and its terms don't refund an order once it's complete.
