How to See Liked Posts on Instagram, and Liked Reels
Go to your profile, open the menu, tap Your activity, then Interactions, then Likes. Filter for reels or by date, and unlike several posts at once.
To see the posts you've liked on Instagram, go to your profile, open the menu and tap Your activity. Then tap Interactions, then Likes. You can filter the list to show reels only, or narrow it by date. "You can view recent posts you've liked on Instagram from Your activity," Instagram's Help Center says.

How do you see posts you've liked on Instagram?
- Go to your profile. "Tap Profile or your profile picture in the bottom right," the Help Center says.
- Open the menu in the top right.
- Tap Your activity. It sits below How you use Instagram.
- Tap Interactions, then Likes. An Instagram reel from March 2024 gives the same path: "Your Activity," then "Interactions," and finally "Likes."
Your liked posts show up newest first.
How do you see liked reels?
Use the filter at the top of the Likes list. You "can filter by content type (posts or reels)," that same reel says. Pick reels, and you'll see only the reels you've liked.
Can you see posts you liked a long time ago?
Instagram's help page talks about "recent posts," so the list can feel short. Filtering by date helps. A November 2025 YouTube guide says you can "find any old content by searching through your Activity" and "even filter by date."
How do you unlike several posts at once?
You can do it from the same Likes list. Instagram's Help Center points to a way "to remove your likes from multiple Instagram posts at once." Select the posts you want, then unlike them together.
Can you see liked posts on a computer?
Yes. "In the bottom left corner, click More," then "Select Your activity," Airdroid's guide says. The Likes list works the same way there.
And on Threads?
Threads keeps its own list. "Tap Settings in the top right. Tap Liked," Instagram's Help Center says for Threads.
Who sees your likes?
Your Likes list in Your activity is yours to browse. Your likes on other people's posts work differently.
