KingOfSMM Review: Prices, Refund Terms and Outside Checks

Is KingOfSMM legit? King of SMM, at kingofsmm.com, is a working SMM panel with about 3,500 services on a public price list, from Instagram to Kick. It says it's served since 2013, and its domain was registered in August 2019. Its terms let you ask for unused balance back to your payment method "any time you want," in their words. ScamAdviser rates it "Caution Recommended," from a report three years old.

We wrote this KingOfSMM review from its homepage, price list and terms, read on October 23, 2026, along with ScamAdviser, Sitejabber, the domain registry and Google's results. We didn't buy anything. We run Hclout, which sells followers too, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller.

Is KingOfSMM legit?

It's a real panel with written terms:

• Age. "Serving Since 2013," its homepage says, and its footer runs from 2013 to 2026. The registry dates kingofsmm.com to August 29, 2019.
• What it sells. We counted 3,515 priced services on its list, against the "5,000+" the homepage claims. The largest groups name Instagram (502), YouTube (386) and Twitter (303). Under a "MAIL ACCOUNTS" heading, it also sells "EDU Mail" accounts, for crypto only.
• How you pay. "Deposit using Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT), Payeer, or credit card," it says. Orders then come out of that balance.
• Support. It promises "24/7 Real Human Support" over Telegram, WhatsApp and tickets.

How much does KingOfSMM cost?

Per 1,000	KingOfSMM	Shop median
Instagram followers	$0.55	$14.90
TikTok followers	$1.05	$21.99
Instagram likes	$0.15	$13.00
TikTok views	$0.01	$1.99

King of SMM's cheapest list rate, read October 23, 2026. Shop medians are for a 1,000 package in our price table, from 29, 28, 30 and 18 shops, most read October 13 to 22, 2026.

Its two cheapest Instagram follower services, at $0.55 and $0.57, carry "(Bot)" in their names. With a 30-day refill, Instagram followers start at $3.54 per 1,000. TikTok followers with a 30-day refill start at $2.42, on a service named "(Real-Bot)". Across its 132 Instagram follower services, the median is $8.05. "KofSMM rates are subject to change at any time without notice," its terms say, using a short form of its name.

What do KingOfSMM's terms say about refunds?

Topic	Its terms say
Unused balance	Back to your payment method
How fast	Within 6 to 12 hours
Placed orders	Refunded or canceled on request
Not deliverable	Credit to your balance
Delivery time	No guarantee

King of SMM's terms, read October 23, 2026.

"After deposit, if you would like to get refund the remaining balance, you can ask for refund to your payment gateway any time you want," the terms say. That's more generous than JingleSMM's terms, which rule out refunds once an order is placed and set a $50 minimum to get a balance back.

The terms set limits too. An account with 100,000 or more followers, likes or views before the order gets no refill protection. Running "more than one server at the same time for the same page" voids a refund. A chargeback "without any valid reason" can get you banned, and the panel keeps the right to "take away any followers or likes we delivered" to your account.

What do outside checks say about KingOfSMM?

Check	What it shows
ScamAdviser	"Caution Recommended"
Sitejabber	0 reviews
Domain	Registered August 2019

ScamAdviser, Sitejabber's page (which now opens on SmartCustomer) and the Verisign registry, read October 23, 2026.

In ScamAdviser's words, "kingofsmm.com might be a scam," from a report it last updated three years ago. Its reasons: the owner hides their identity on WHOIS, the site has a low Tranco rank, and there's a "High number of suspicious websites on this server" in its view. One more counts against every seller, Hclout included, since the site "seems to help you get social media likes/followers," it says. Its positives are a valid SSL certificate, an old domain and a safe label from DNSFilter.

The homepage says "Rated 4.8/5" from "Hundreds of verified reviews," and it doesn't name the site that holds them. Sitejabber's page for kingofsmm.com shows 0 reviews and an "Unclaimed" label. Trustpilot keeps our reader out, and Google's top 10 for "kingofsmm review" showed no Trustpilot page for kingofsmm.com.

Who answers "kingofsmm review" in Google?

We read Google's top 10 US results on October 23, 2026. Two were King of SMM's own pages and one was ScamAdviser's report. Four were BlackHatWorld forum pages, among them a sales thread for the panel from July 2025, where Google's preview shows a request to write "BONUS" in the comments. Two were Trustpilot pages for other panels, and one was an ad agency's blog. Apart from ScamAdviser's automatic check, no result was a review page for kingofsmm.com.

Is KingOfSMM safe?

Its FAQ answers "Is King of SMM a safe and legit SMM panel?" with a yes, and it asks only for a profile link or username to place an order. Its terms say it "is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion" by the platforms. They also tell you to follow each platform's own terms.

YouTube "doesn't allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics," in the words of its fake engagement policy, and King of SMM sells YouTube views, subscribers and watch hours. Instagram said in 2018 it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity," so bought numbers can drop at any seller. Our guide to real and bot followers covers what those labels mean for an account.

Hclout, the site you're reading, sells Instagram and TikTok followers, likes and views. Our guides to cheap Instagram followers and cheap TikTok followers list the shop prices behind the medians above. Our free tier gives 12 free Instagram likes and 100 free TikTok views on a public post, on the free page. There's no password and nothing to install, and a short Cloudflare check runs before each claim.
