MoreThanPanel Review: Who Runs It, Prices and Refund Rules

Is MoreThanPanel legit? It's a large, working SMM panel that lists about 4,000 services, and its refund policy names three companies behind it, in the UK, the UAE and Turkey. Deposits are "final and non-refundable to the original payment source," so any refund lands on your panel balance. ScamAdviser rates morethanpanel.com "Likely Safe," while reviews split between 4.5 stars on Product Hunt and "scam" posts on Reddit.

We wrote this MoreThanPanel review from its homepage, price list, terms and refund policy, read on October 23, 2026, along with ScamAdviser, review sites, the domain registry and Google's results. We didn't deposit anything. We run Hclout, which sells followers too, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller.

Is MoreThanPanel legit?

It's a real business with written rules:

• Who runs it. Its refund policy says MTP SOLUTIONS LTD in the UK, HYPERTRUST DIGITAL FZCO in the UAE and MTP DIGITAL LTD in Turkey run it "collectively," in its words.
• Age. The registry dates morethanpanel.com to January 18, 2023.
• Size. The homepage claims "229.000+ Registered User" and "34.000+ Daily Order," numbers we can't check.
• Where services come from. Its founder's message says 26% of its services run "on our own bot SMM infrastructure," and that it resells the rest with "a flat, transparent 10% markup" on top.

What does MoreThanPanel sell?

We counted 4,008 priced services in 378 categories, against the 5,173 its homepage shows. Spotify (668), YouTube (624) and Instagram (455) lead the list. Ten categories sell accounts, from old Instagram and TikTok accounts to a "Verified Personal PayPal Account" at $99, and another sells ChatGPT logins.

TikTok followers	$0.78	$21.99
Instagram likes	$0.10	$13.00
TikTok views	$0.01	$1.99

Where does your money go at MoreThanPanel?

Topic	Its policy says
Deposits	No refund to your card
Canceled orders	Full amount to your balance
Partial orders	The rest to your balance
Failed refills	Refund to balance after two tries
Chargebacks	Permanent ban

MoreThanPanel's Refund Policy & SLA, read October 23, 2026.

The homepage calls its promise a "No-Questions-Asked Refund," and the policy sends that money "back to your account balance" after two failed refill attempts. Balances "do not expire," it says, so the money stays usable there. Refills are refused on services listed as "No Refill" or "High Drop," and on accounts made private. That's stricter on cash than King of SMM's terms, which pay unused balance back on request.

A chargeback without written approval brings a permanent ban, and the policy says your details go to "international risk and fraud management networks" as well. Its companies also "reserve the right to initiate formal debt recovery and legal proceedings in the user's jurisdiction" over disputed sums.

What do reviews and checks say about MoreThanPanel?

Source	What it shows
ScamAdviser	"Likely Safe"
Product Hunt	4.5 from 33 reviews
Sitejabber	0 reviews
Domain	Registered January 2023

ScamAdviser, Product Hunt, Sitejabber's page (which now opens on SmartCustomer) and the Verisign registry, read October 23, 2026.

ScamAdviser says "we think morethanpanel.com is legit," from a report it updated two weeks before our read. Its negatives are a hidden owner on WHOIS and a "High number of suspicious websites on this server" in its view. One more counts against every seller, Hclout included, since the site "seems to help you get social media likes/followers," it says. It also lists "get your money back" friendly payment methods as a positive, while the panel's own policy bans anyone who files a chargeback.

The homepage opens with "Excellent 4.7 out of 5" and doesn't name the review site in its text. Trustpilot keeps our reader out, and Google's top results for "morethanpanel trustpilot" led with a Trustpilot page for a different site, morethan.com.

Who answers "morethanpanel review" in Google?

We read Google's top 10 US results on October 23, 2026. Four were software directories, Product Hunt, Slashdot, SourceForge and Software Advice, and their quoted reviews are positive. Three were the panel's own pages: its site, its Android app and its YouTube channel of customer story videos.

The critical voices come from forums. In a Reddit thread from June 2023, a user wrote that they "just sell bots" and "will never refund you," as Google shows it. Another Reddit thread, from May 2024, calls it "a big scam" that "will ruin your channels," in Google's preview. A Quora answer from September 30, 2026 says "There's barely any real info about them, and reviews are pretty much missing," though its policy pages say a lot.

Is MoreThanPanel safe?

It says "We never request passwords, private keys, or account access," so you give only a public link. Its terms say drip-feed orders go out at set intervals "to mimic organic activity," and that social networks "continuously modify their detection algorithms and user compliance policies" over time. Instagram said in 2018 it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity," so bought numbers can drop at any seller.

Hclout, the site you're reading, sells Instagram and TikTok followers, likes and views. Our guide to cheap Instagram followers compares shop prices across 29 sites. Our free tier gives 12 free Instagram likes and 100 free TikTok views on a public post, on the free page. There's no password and nothing to install, and a short Cloudflare check runs before each claim.
