Celebian charged $26.99 for 1,000 TikTok followers in October 2026, $5 over the 28-shop median. Cheaper shops, their refund and refill terms, and free tries.
Celebian sells TikTok followers, likes and views, and it charged $26.99 for 1,000 followers on October 22, 2026. That's $5 above the $21.99 median of the 28 TikTok shops in our price records for October 2026, and 17 of them charged less. Its terms refund only orders that aren't completed within 48 hours. We compared it with the others on price and on what their terms say about drops. We sell TikTok followers too, so read this as a competitor's list.
Quick Answer: The best Celebian alternative is HCLOUT, which offers a free tier to test quality before spending anything, starting prices of $3.25 per 1,000 TikTok followers, per our price list of October 24, 2026, and a 30-day refill guarantee. On price, Naizop ($6.09), SocioBlend ($7.00) and LeoFame ($14.00) charged far less than Celebian for 1,000 TikTok followers on October 22, 2026. On terms, SidesMedia promises to refill drops for 30 days, and Celebian's pages name no refill. To try before paying, Celebian gives free TikTok likes and views, and so does our free tier. Trustpilot removed Celebian's profile after a notice of November 23, 2025, by Celebian's own account.
"Celebian" gets about 14,800 Google searches a month, down 23% in recent months, by Google's Keyword Planner on October 24, 2026.
Who charges less than Celebian?
| Shop | 1,000 followers |
|---|---|
| HCLOUT | $3.25 (Oct 24) |
| Naizop | $6.09 |
| SocioBlend | $7.00 |
| LeoFame | $14.00 |
| FameViso | $18.32 |
| Median of 28 | $21.99 |
| Famety | $24.90 |
| Celebian | $26.99 |
| SidesMedia | $29.99 |
| Twicsy | $29.99 |
| UseViral | $29.99 |
| TokMatik | $29.99 |
Each shop's own TikTok followers page, as our price records read them, mostly on October 22, 2026, in US dollars.
Celebian sits in the upper half. Twicsy, UseViral, SidesMedia and TokMatik each charged $29.99, $3 more than Celebian. Our guide to TikTok follower sites ranks more of them.
A lower price says nothing about how long followers stay. TikTok's rules say "we'll remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals" once it detects them, as Google showed its guidelines. That applies to every shop here, ours included.
What do their terms say about drops?
| Shop | Refund | Drops |
|---|---|---|
| HCLOUT | Failed or partial orders, to your balance | 30-day refill |
| Celebian | Orders not done in 48 hours | No refill named |
| SidesMedia | If never or far under delivered | Refilled for 30 days |
| Twicsy | Within 30 days, unless fully delivered | Topped up in refill period |
| UseViral | The undelivered part | Refilled 30 days, while sold |
| LeoFame | None for bans | Refilled for 30 days |
| Naizop | Failed delivery only | "Not refundable" |
Celebian's terms (effective October 1, 2020), read October 23, 2026; the others from their own terms and refund pages, as our dated reviews quote them, October 22 and 23, 2026.
Celebian's homepage promises "a generous refund policy," and its followers page says "We handle each refund request manually." The contract is narrower. Clause 2.11 of its terms says "Refunds are provided only for orders that have not been completed within 48 hours from the time of purchase," and the terms add that Celebian "does not guarantee in any way the number of 'likes', 'views' or 'followers'" you get. Followers that drop after a completed order aren't covered, under those terms.
The others differ in the details. A refill tops up drops, and it usually ends after 30 days. A refund returns money, and most of these shops limit it to orders that never fully arrived.
Why did Trustpilot remove Celebian?
Celebian explains it on its own reviews page. "On 23 November 2025, we received a notice from Trustpilot saying it considered Celebian a 'bad fit' under its Code of Ethics and business eligibility criteria," it says. It still shows its old score, 4.7 from 2,094 reviews, and calls the figure "historical, rather than a current Trustpilot rating or an active endorsement" in its own words.
Other records are mixed. ScamAdviser's summary says celebian.com "is very likely not a scam but legit and reliable," in a report a month old on October 23, 2026. Sitejabber shows 4.0 from 7 reviews, all posted between July 12 and 15, 2024. Celebian's homepage says "since 2019," and its domain was registered on June 25, 2020. Our Celebian review has the full record.
An earlier version of this page said Trustpilot had "flagged" Celebian's 4.7. The profile has been removed since, so we've corrected it.
Can you try before you buy?
Yes, at Celebian and here. Celebian offers "free TikTok likes and free TikTok views so you can see the quality of our services before spending anything," its homepage says. Our free tier gives 25 free TikTok likes, 100 free TikTok views or 10 free TikTok comments on a public video, and you can claim again every 8 hours. It doesn't give followers.
