CosmicSMM Review: What the Panel Sells and What Its Terms Say

CosmicSMM (cosmicsmm.com) is an SMM panel: you register, deposit money, and order from a list of services. We counted 1,707 services in 175 categories on its public list on October 23, 2026. Most of them are for YouTube. Its terms say there's "no way to reverse" a deposit once it's made. Refunds come only as account credit, and you agree never to file a chargeback, "for any reason," as clause 4.2 puts it.

We read its homepage, terms and service list, plus ScamAdviser and Sitejabber, through our server that day. We didn't register or deposit anything.

What does CosmicSMM sell?

Its service list filters by YouTube, Traffic, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Kick, Twitch and Other. The list is public, so you can see prices before you sign up.

The labels say a lot. The cheapest Instagram followers, at $1.74 per 1,000, are called "Instagram Followers Bot Mix (All Flag)." The next, at $3.85, is named "Instagram Real Mix) Followers (Spam Of)" and gives an expected drop of "%10-12" in its own title. A pricier line, at $6.30, is labeled "Real Looking Accounts."

Refills depend on the line. By our count, 403 of the 1,707 service names mention a refill or a guarantee, and 40 say "No Refill." TikTok followers start at $5.50 per 1,000.

The homepage promises "Super low prices" and "Super fast delivery," and offers drip-feed, such as "200 likes per day for 10 days." Its footer reads "Copyright © 2016-2025," while Verisign's registry dates cosmicsmm.com to April 16, 2025.

What do CosmicSMM's refund terms say?

Section 4 of the terms is strict:

• "No refunds will be issued to your payment method. After a deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse it."
• "Orders placed will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your account if the order is non-deliverable."
• "Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund."

So money you deposit stays on the panel. If an order can't be delivered, you get credit to spend there.

Can you file a chargeback with CosmicSMM?

Its terms say no. "You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason," clause 4.2 reads. If you do, clause 4.3 lets it "ban you from our site, and remove any services delivered" to your accounts.

Older reviews, including an earlier version of this page, pointed to PayPal's buyer protection. Its BlackHatWorld sales thread from July 2025 names PayPal and a free test in its address. We couldn't see the payment methods or the test without an account, and the terms above apply to whatever you pay with.

Will CosmicSMM get your account banned?

The homepage answers "Absolutely! You won't be banned or anything like that." The terms put that risk on you: "We are not responsible for any account suspension or content removal by social media platforms." They also say "We do not guarantee engagement or interaction from the provided services."

The platforms do remove fake engagement. A follower line labeled "Bot Mix" is the kind of thing their systems look for, so read that FAQ answer as marketing.

What do trust checks say?

• ScamAdviser rates cosmicsmm.com "Likely Unsafe." It says "In summary, cosmicsmm.com has a low trust score. The website may be a scam," in a report five months old on October 23, 2026.
• Sitejabber, which now opens as SmartCustomer, shows no reviews.
• Google returned only five results for "cosmicsmm review" that day. The first was its own BlackHatWorld sales thread, and two were about a soil moisture monitor also called Cosmic SMM.
