Is NuclearSMM legit?
It's a real panel, and a young one:
- Age. The nuclearsmm.com domain was registered on April 21, 2025, so it's a year and a half old.
- What it sells. Of its 1,010 services, 527 name YouTube, 75 name Kick, 73 name TikTok and only 19 name Instagram. Its YouTube categories include watch hours and "High Monetization" views.
- How you pay. You "Add funds using a preferred payment method," its homepage says, and order from that balance. Its BlackHatWorld thread title, as Google shows it, advertises PayPal and a "$1 FREE TEST" balance.
- What it promises. "SMM services on our panel are unbelievably cheap," the homepage says.
How much does NuclearSMM cost?
| Per 1,000 | NuclearSMM | Shop median |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram followers | $3.24 | $14.90 |
| TikTok followers | $3.90 | $21.99 |
| Instagram likes | $0.36 | $13.00 |
| TikTok views | $0.12 | $1.99 |
NuclearSMM's cheapest list rate, read October 23, 2026. Shop medians are for a 1,000 package in our price table, from 29, 28, 30 and 18 shops, most read October 13 to 22, 2026.

Its TikTok view median, $2.70 across 8 services, sits above the shop median of $1.99.
What do NuclearSMM's terms say about refunds?
| Topic | Its terms say |
|---|---|
| Deposits | No refund to your payment method |
| Placed orders | Not refunded or canceled |
| Not deliverable | Credit to your balance |
| Delivery time | No guarantee |
| Closed account | Balance may be lost |
NuclearSMM's terms, read October 23, 2026.
"After a deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse it," the terms say, and you "must use your balance on orders" from the site. That's stricter than King of SMM's terms, which pay unused balance back on request. A dispute or chargeback can get you banned, with "any services delivered" removed from your account. A closed account "may forfeit any remaining account balance" under its rules.
So deposit only what you plan to spend.
What do outside checks say about NuclearSMM?
| Check | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ScamAdviser | "Likely Unsafe" |
| Sitejabber | 0 reviews |
| Domain | Registered April 2025 |
ScamAdviser, Sitejabber's page (which now opens on SmartCustomer) and the Verisign registry, read October 23, 2026.
ScamAdviser says "nuclearsmm.com has a low trust score," on a report it last updated three months ago. Its reasons: the owner is hiding "his identity on WHOIS using a paid service," the site "does not have many visitors," and it found "many low rated websites on the same server" too. It adds that "Several spammers and scammers use the same registrar" as this site. One more reason, "It seems this company is offering likes & followers of social media," counts against every seller, Hclout included. Its positives are a valid SSL certificate and a safe label from DNSFilter.
Who answers "nuclearsmm review" in Google?
We read Google's top 10 US results on October 23, 2026. Only three were about the panel: two BlackHatWorld pages and a Reddit post. The other seven were chemistry papers, since chemists use "SMM" for single-molecule magnets and write phrases like "di-nuclear SMM" in them.
A BlackHatWorld thread titled "99% of SMM panels lack accountability and responsibility" lists NuclearSMM among "quite a few good panels," as Google shows it. The Reddit post from August 2025 names NuclearSmm in a list of panels the writer "tried," and its title points to a different panel.
Is NuclearSMM safe?
Its FAQ says "it is totally safe, it won't get your accounts banned," while its terms say it's "not responsible for any account suspension or content removal by social media platforms" in section 5.4. The terms also say its services "should not violate the terms of the respective social media platforms," in their words.
The platforms' rules are strict. YouTube "doesn't allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics," in the words of its fake engagement policy. "Content and channels that don't follow this policy may be terminated and removed from YouTube," it adds. Instagram said in 2018 it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity," so bought numbers can drop at any seller.
