CrazyPanel Review: Prices, Refund Terms and an Old Warning

Is CrazyPanel legit? CrazyPanel, at crazypanel.com, is a working SMM panel with about 4,500 services on a public price list, and its cheapest Instagram followers cost $0.19 per 1,000. ScamAdviser rates the address "Very Likely Unsafe" and mentions a malware report, but that report is three years old and covers an earlier sign-up of the address. The current one began on December 12, 2024. Its terms call deposits "generally non-refundable," and Sitejabber shows no reviews of it.

We wrote this CrazyPanel review from its homepage, price list and terms, read on October 23, 2026, along with ScamAdviser, Sitejabber, the domain registry and Google's results. We didn't sign up or deposit. We run Hclout, which sells followers too, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller.

Is CrazyPanel legit?

It's a working panel, and a new one at this address:

• Age. The registry dates the current record for the address to December 12, 2024. ScamAdviser's data shows an earlier one from 2023, due for renewal a year later.
• Size. Its homepage counters read 5,672 services, 598,906 orders and 1,506 users. We counted 4,476 priced services on its list.
• What it sells. YouTube leads with 1,410 services, then TikTok (920), Facebook (828) and Instagram (654).
• Who runs it. Its footer names no company, only a copyright line.
• Where it sells. A BlackHatWorld thread from April 2025 advertises it as a "DIRECT DEALER PRICE" provider of YouTube and TikTok services, as Google shows it.

What do CrazyPanel's terms say about refunds?

Topic	Its terms say
Deposits	Generally not refunded
Balance	Spend it on the panel
Refunds	Only for verified issues
Payout form	Credit, partial or swap
Drip-feed orders	No cancel once started

CrazyPanel's terms, read October 23, 2026.

Approved refunds come "as account balance credit, partial refund, or replacement service at our discretion," the terms say. "Drop-type services are not eligible for refill before or after completion," they add, and incorrect orders get no refund. That's close to NuclearSMM's terms, which also keep deposits on the panel. A chargeback it calls unjustified can bring a "permanent ban" and the loss of your balance.

What do the checks say about CrazyPanel?

Check	What it shows
ScamAdviser	"Very Likely Unsafe"
Report date	Three years old
Registry	Registered December 2024
Sitejabber	0 reviews

ScamAdviser, the Verisign registry and Sitejabber's page (which now opens on SmartCustomer), read October 23, 2026.

ScamAdviser's summary ends with "Be very careful when using this website!" and its list includes "A Malware report has been detected for this website" among the reasons. That report hasn't been updated in three years. Its WHOIS data shows a sign-up from September 24, 2023, due for renewal a year later, and the site title "Crazy SMM Panel" at the time. The registry's current record starts on December 12, 2024. So the warning covers an earlier sign-up of the address, and we can't tell from outside whether the owner is the same.

Its other negatives are a hidden owner on WHOIS, a "High number of suspicious websites on this server," and a registrar with "a high % of spammers and fraud sites" in its view. One more, that the site "seems to help you get social media likes/followers," counts against every seller, Hclout included. ScamAdviser's page offers a fresh scan if you want a newer view.

Who answers "crazypanel review" in Google?

Google's top 10 US results for "crazypanel review" on October 23, 2026 were about other firms with similar names. The first two were about Crazy Panels, a building-panel firm in Perth, and the rest covered other kinds of panels, from breaker and solar panels to art panels. One result, a Trustpilot page for a different SMM site, came close.

A search for "crazypanel.com" brings up its own pages, the BlackHatWorld sales thread and an office acoustics product named Crazy Panel.

Is CrazyPanel safe?

Its FAQ says "Using our SMM services is definitely safe, you won't lose your accounts," while its terms say it isn't to blame for "account suspension" or "engagement removal" by the platforms.

YouTube, its biggest category, "doesn't allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics," in the words of its fake engagement policy. Instagram said in 2018 it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity," so bought numbers can drop at any seller.

Hclout, the site you're reading, sells Instagram and TikTok followers, likes and views. Our guide to cheap Instagram followers compares shop prices across 29 sites. Our free tier gives 12 free Instagram likes and 100 free TikTok views on a public post, on the free page. There's no password and nothing to install, and a short Cloudflare check runs before each claim.
