TopFollow App Review 2026: How It Works and What It Asks

TopFollow is a free Android app that trades Instagram follows for coins. You sign in with a second Instagram account, the app has it follow and like other users, and you spend the coins on followers or likes for your main profile. That profile needs only a username. The app isn't on Google Play, and you install it as an APK file. Its official site, topfollow.app, listed version 6.0.1, updated October 21, 2026. It also tells you to let a task account "rest for a few hours" if it "gets limited."

We read topfollow.app and two other TopFollow-branded sites through our server on October 23, 2026, along with ScamAdviser, Google Play and the domain registries. We didn't install the app or sign in. We run Hclout, which gives away free likes and views and sells followers, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller.

How does TopFollow work?

It's an exchange with an in-app currency. "You earn coins by completing simple tasks in the app," the site says, and you "press START, and it begins working through simple tasks." The tasks are follows and likes from your task account. You then "enter your username, choose an amount, and confirm," and other users' task accounts follow you back.

The site also counts its own reach. It claims more than 14 million downloads and over 2.2 billion followers delivered. Those are its figures, and we can't check them. A starter code, "TF200COINS," adds 200 coins.

What does TopFollow ask for?

Ask	What its site says
Your main profile	"no password needed"
A task account	"You do sign in with a secondary account"
The install	APK, Android 5.0 or newer
Google Play	Not listed

topfollow.app and Google Play, read October 23, 2026. Play's page for com.topfollow answered "not found."

The task account is the part to think about. TopFollow suggests running several: "Connect several secondary accounts to earn coins faster, and to keep earning if one of them gets rate-limited." Its own advice is to "switch to another and let the first rest" when one is limited. Instagram said in 2018 it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity."

Which TopFollow site is the real one?

Site	What it says
TopFollow .app	Version 6.0.1, "no iPhone version"
TopFollow .click	iPhone via "AltStore or TrollStore"
TopFollow .net	"No password, no bots"
Download.it	"TopFollow APK 8.3"
topfollowapk .net.in	Version 8.4.6

Each site's own page, or its Google listing, October 23, 2026.

They don't agree. topfollow.app says "There is no iPhone version and no Windows or Mac program. Any file offered under those names is not ours." topfollow.click points iPhone users to sideloading tools instead. Mirror sites list version numbers higher than the official one. On Google Play, the top result for "topfollow app" is a different app, TopFollow-Tags. Check the address before you download anything.

What can go wrong with TopFollow?

Mods are the clearest risk. topfollow.net itself warns that "a fake or outdated build may send you to the wrong service, add unwanted ads, or break." Search results are full of "unlimited coins" versions, and those are builds nobody vouches for.

The second risk is the task account. It's logged in to a third-party app and follows strangers all day, and TopFollow expects it to get limited now and then. Keep that account away from anything you care about.

ScamAdviser rates topfollow.app "Very Likely Safe" and says it's "very likely not a scam but legit and reliable." That covers the website. It doesn't cover what an app does on your phone, or what Instagram does about the follows.

Is there an option without an app or a login?

Yes, ours, so here's the same disclosure. Hclout's free tier gives 12 free Instagram likes on a post or 100 free Instagram views on a Reel, on the free page. We want a username or link and an email. We never ask for your password, there's nothing to install, and your account doesn't follow anybody. Delivery comes from the same services our paying customers use, so nothing about your own activity changes. A short Cloudflare check runs before each claim, and a person answers 24/7 live chat.

Frequently asked questions

Is TopFollow safe?

ScamAdviser rates its website "Very Likely Safe." The app itself needs a second Instagram login, and TopFollow's own site expects task accounts to get limited.

Is TopFollow on the Play Store?

No. Play's page for com.topfollow answered "not found" on October 23, 2026. TopFollow-Tags, on Play, is a different app.

Does TopFollow need my Instagram password?

Not for your main profile, which needs only a username. You do sign in with a secondary account that does the following.

Is there TopFollow for iPhone?

topfollow.app says there's no iPhone version and that any file offered under that name "is not ours." topfollow.click suggests sideloading tools instead.

What is TopFollow mod APK?

An unofficial build, usually promising unlimited coins. topfollow.net warns that a fake build "may send you to the wrong service, add unwanted ads, or break."

Can TopFollow get my Instagram account limited?

Its own site says a task account can get "rate-limited" and should then rest. That's why it tells you to use a secondary account.
