Tier	1,000 followers	Listed as

Active	$22.99	"Real active"
VIP	$39.99	VIP

Twicsy's buy Instagram followers page, read October 22, 2026.

The Active tier lists "Guaranteed delivery" and "30-day refills." Instagram's rule is the same for every tier. It said in 2018 that it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity." TikTok's guidelines, as Google shows them, say it'll "remove fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals" it finds.

Does Twicsy give free followers?

Yes, a few. Its free page promises "ten free real IG followers" for your username, "with no obligation and no need to give us your credit card number." Its free likes page gives 10 likes the same way. Both pages are protected by reCAPTCHA.

What do Twicsy's refund and refill rules say?

Its terms say customers who aren't satisfied "may request a full refund within the first 30 calendar days." The same terms exclude "Services that have been fully delivered and confirmed." Drops are refilled for 30 days, or 90 days if you pay for the longer option at checkout. And the terms say "We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason."

What do reviewers say about Twicsy?

Its own reviews page showed 101 reviews on October 22, 2026, though its about page claims "1000+ Verified Customer Reviews." Sitejabber has none. Google's top Reddit result, from 2022, calls it "a scam" that delivered "bots." The Trustpilot page in Google's results is for "Twicsy Usa," on app.twicsy.us.com, a different domain. Trustpilot's site rules don't allow our reader, so we didn't check either page.

Three results in Google's top 10 for "twicsy review" sat on unrelated companies' help centers: a newspaper, a shoe brand and an entertainment chain. Treat those as ads.
