Twicsy Scam Warning: Is It Legit? What the Terms Say

Twicsy is a working shop run by Twicsy LLC, on a domain that has been online since 2009, and ScamAdviser rates it "very likely not a scam." On October 22, 2026, it charged $14.99 for 1,000 Instagram followers, against a $14.90 median across the 29 sites we compared. The warnings are in the details. Its terms promise a full refund if you're "not satisfied," then exclude any order that's "fully delivered and confirmed." Its own pages disagree on how many reviews it has. And some "Twicsy" review pages in Google belong to other domains.

We read Twicsy's buy, free trial, terms, about and reviews pages through our own server on October 22, 2026. We compared its prices with our database and checked the review sites the same day. We didn't buy anything.

Who runs Twicsy?

Its terms say "The Services are provided by Twicsy LLC," and that claims are "governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates." They limit the service to "personal, non-commercial use only." The twicsy.com domain was registered on May 7, 2009.

How much does Twicsy charge?

Package	Twicsy	Median price
100 Instagram followers	$3.49	$2.50

10,000 Instagram followers	$102.99	$99.50

Twicsy's buy page (Regular tier), read October 22, 2026. Medians from each site's own page in our competitor database the same day; they cover 24 to 29 sites per package. We left Hclout out of this table.

One package looked wrong. On October 22, 7,500 followers cost $249.99, more than double the $102.99 for 10,000. Check the price per follower before you pay. Its other tiers cost more: $22.99 for the default 1,000 "Active" package and $39.99 for "VIP." Our guide to cheap Instagram followers compares more sites.

What do Twicsy's refund and refill rules say?

Situation	What the terms say
Not satisfied, within 30 days	Full refund
Fully delivered and confirmed	No refund
Followers drop	Refill for 30 days
Longer refill	90 days, as an add-on
Account banned	"not to blame"

Twicsy's Terms of Service, read October 22, 2026. We found no date on the terms.

Read together, the first two rows mean the "not satisfied" refund doesn't cover an order that has arrived in full. The terms also say "You use Twicsy at your own risk" and "We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason." Instagram has said it removes "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity."

Does Twicsy give free followers?

Yes, a few. Its trial pages offer "ten free real IG followers" or 10 free likes for a username, with no card. Our Twicsy alternatives page covers other free tools.

What do Twicsy reviews say?

Source	What it shows
Its about page	"1000+" reviews
Its reviews page	101 reviews
Sitejabber	0 reviews
ScamAdviser	"legit and reliable"

Twicsy's about and reviews pages, Sitejabber's page (it now opens on SmartCustomer) and ScamAdviser, read October 22, 2026.

Its own pages don't agree. The about page claims "1000+ Verified Customer Reviews," while its reviews page shows 101. Sitejabber has none. ScamAdviser's automatic check, a month old, calls Twicsy "very likely not a scam but legit and reliable," and notes a hidden WHOIS owner.

Watch the address in Google. On October 22, 2026, the Trustpilot page in the top 10 for "is twicsy legit" was for app.twicsy.us.com, a different domain. Two other results sat on unrelated companies' help centers and simply answered "Yes." The top Reddit thread, from May 2022, calls Twicsy "a scam," but Reddit blocked our reader and the thread is four years old.

Is Twicsy a scam?

On the evidence we read, Twicsy is a working shop with public prices and terms, and ScamAdviser rates it legit. The warnings are practical. Its "not satisfied" refund excludes delivered orders. Its refill lasts 30 days unless you add the 90-day option at checkout. Its own review counts don't match. And some "Twicsy" pages in Google are about other sites.

What are the alternatives to Twicsy?

• Free options with no password. We run Hclout, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller. Hclout's free tier offers 12 free Instagram likes and 100 free Instagram views, and the free Instagram followers page shows whether free Instagram followers are in stock today.
• Other sellers. Our Twicsy alternatives page lists more, our Twicsy review covers the service itself, and our reviews section has the rest.
