Its 1,000 TikTok followers cost $29.99, above the $21.99 median. Its terms say a company registered in the United Arab Emirates runs it, from an address in Dubai. Its watch-hours page offers to help you "Reach the 4,000-hour watch-time threshold for monetization." YouTube says artificial traffic "will not be counted." Outside checks are poor: Sitejabber shows 2.4 from 194 reviews, 83% of them one star.

Its about page counts "63 services across 14 platforms," including LinkedIn, Spotify, Twitch, Reddit and "Google Reviews." Some of its prices don't scale. Two old addresses point elsewhere now. Its Google reviews page forwards to buyreviewz.com, with a link tag that reads "partner" and "review-referral." Its Gmail accounts page forwards to accountpva.com. In the US, an FTC rule, 16 CFR 465.2, bars a business from buying a review it "knew or should have known" misrepresents whether the reviewer exists or used the product.

The refund policy pays back "the affected portion" of an order it doesn't deliver, or delivers late. It refunds orders paid with store credit as credit rather than to your card. And it treats a payment dispute as fraud if you didn't contact support first. In that case it may "remove engagement already delivered" and suspend the account.

The terms go further on business buyers. "If you are a business, or acting on behalf of a business entity, you are expressly prohibited" from using the services. They also say inflated metrics used commercially "may constitute an unfair or deceptive practice."

Is UseViral safe for your YouTube channel?

UseViral sells 1,000 watch hours for $77.99 and 4,000 for $269.99. Its page is headed "Get into the YouTube Partner Program." YouTube needs "1,000 subscribers with 4,000 qualified watch hours in the last 12 months" for that. Its fake engagement policy bans "anything that artificially increases" views or other metrics. Who runs UseViral?

The terms say the service is "owned and operated by UseViral, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates." They give an address in Al Quoz, Dubai. The about page says it has sold engagement "since 2015," while useviral.com was registered in September 2020. Its own reviews page shows no reviews yet. It says it's "rolling out a verified-review program" first.

The newest Sitejabber review, from March 2025, calls it a "Total scam" that took the money and delivered nothing. Google's top Reddit result, a 2024 thread, calls it "a TOTAL Scam" after a LinkedIn likes order. Watch the domain, too. Google's two Trustpilot results for "useviral review" were for userviral.com and useviral.store. UseViral's about page lists both as unrelated look-alikes. Trustpilot's site rules don't allow our reader, so we didn't check either page.
