Is Likes.io Legit? Who Runs It, Prices and Reviews

Likes.io is a working shop with a named company behind it: H.H. Connect for Marketing and PR, in Dubai, bills every order. Its prices sit near the middle of the market. On October 22, 2026, 1,000 Instagram followers cost $13.49, against a $14.95 median across the 28 other sites we compared. Its own pages are unusually frank, too. It says it buys followers from a "supply partner" and makes "no claim about who they are." Outside reviews are thin and mostly negative, though. SmartCustomer shows a 1.6 rating from 7 reviews.

We read Likes.io's buy pages, free pages, terms and refund policy through our own server on October 22, 2026. Then we compared its prices with our database of competitor price lists. We didn't buy anything or ask for its free trial.

Who runs Likes.io?

Its terms and refund policy name the company: "Likes.io is a brand operated by: H.H. Connect for Marketing and PR," at Sara Building, Liwan 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They add that "All purchases on Likes.io are billed by" that company.

Its about page says Likes.io "has been selling growth services since 2019." The registry shows the likes.io domain was registered on July 16, 2014, and transferred on July 27, 2020. The about page also dates two recent changes: a new order system in April 2026, and a two-year refill window from July 2026.

Its followers beat the median once you buy 1,000 or more. Its likes don't: 16 of 26 other sites charged less for 10,000 likes. Small orders cost more as well, with 15 of 23 sites cheaper for 100 followers.

Where do Likes.io followers come from?

Likes.io says so on its reviews page: "We buy delivery from a supply partner and pass your public username on. The partner tells us nothing about the accounts, so we make no claim about who they are, and we do not promise that a count will hold."

Its FAQ is just as direct about bans. Asked whether your account can get banned, it answers: "Nobody can tell you either way." It adds that "Meta's spam policy prohibits buying, selling or exchanging engagement," and that TikTok's guidelines do the same. Instagram itself said in 2018 that it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity."

Likes.io's refund policy, read October 22, 2026. Refills are "on request" and "reviewed by our team." The policy carries no date.

The terms, dated January 1, 2025, say two things about this. They promise "a 2-year retention guarantee on eligible orders." They also say Likes.io "does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower retention rates." The refill is the remedy, and its team reviews each request.

The terms also cap its liability at what you paid for that service in the 30 days before a claim. Payments run through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

SmartCustomer, where Sitejabber now sends visitors, lists Likes.io as "Unclaimed." Five of its seven reviews are complaints, dated March 2022 to October 2026. The newest says 100 followers "disappeared all within an hour" and that support sent only an "automated bot response."

ScamAdviser's automatic check notes a hidden owner in WHOIS, few visitors, and a flag from the anti-malware firm Gridinsoft. It also notes "payment methods which allow you to get your money back." Likes.io's own page shows 13 reviews, and the five it displays are all dated April 16, 2026.

Google's results need care. On October 22, 2026, the top US result for "likes.io reviews" was a Trustpilot page for iglikes.io, a different site. A 2021 Quora answer in the results describes "an online dating and matchmaking site," a different business. HowSociable, a review site that ranks Likes.io first in every category, says it earns "affiliate commissions when you buy through links on our pages." And the Reddit thread near the top, from October 4, 2024, is a complaint from a buyer who "spent nearly $60."

Does Likes.io give free followers or likes?

Only through a trial its team must approve: 50 followers, once per account and per email. The page itself warns that "few requests have been approved so far, and we give no time." Asking also puts your email on its mailing list.

It's a real business: a named company runs it, and its prices, terms and refund rules are public. Unlike several sellers we've read, it also says plainly that Meta's and TikTok's rules prohibit buying engagement. Weigh that against thin, mostly negative outside reviews, a refill that's reviewed case by case, and a free trial that rarely sends anything.
