BulkFollows Review: Who Runs It, Refunds and Reviews

Is BulkFollows legit? It's a working SMM panel run by Emam Media LTD, a UK company that Companies House lists as active since March 2019, with a second company in the UAE named on its about page. Its terms let you take unused balance back to your original payment method "at any time," processed within 6 to 12 hours. The reviews we could read are few and low, 2.0 on both Sitejabber and Reviews.io, while its about page claims a 4.8 rating "across 1,000+ verified reviews" without naming where.

We wrote this BulkFollows review from its homepage, about page and terms, read on October 23, 2026, along with Companies House, ScamAdviser, review sites, the domain registry and Google's results. Its price list needs an account, so we didn't see it. We run Hclout, which sells followers too, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller.

Is BulkFollows legit?

It's a registered business with written terms:

• Who runs it. The terms name Emam Media LTD, company number 11855473, at 20-22 Wenlock Road in London. Companies House lists it as active and incorporated on March 1, 2019. The about page adds Nuvexa Media FZ LLC, in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Age. The bulkfollows.com domain dates from September 20, 2013. The about page says the panel has served clients "since 2019," the year its UK company was incorporated.
• What it sells. Its public pages name SoundCloud, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Snapchat, Spotify and YouTube, and never Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. The full list needs an account.
• How you pay. Its FAQ lists cards, PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, crypto and South Asian wallets such as Paytm, bKash and JazzCash, with a $5 minimum deposit.

The two pages give different paces, and neither says where the 4.8 rating comes from. "Our SMM services are 100% genuine, safe, and compliant with each social network's terms and services," one section of the homepage says. Its FAQ, further down the same page, says buying engagement "may violate individual social media platforms' terms of service," in its words.

"After making a deposit, you may request a refund of your remaining balance to your original payment method at any time," the terms say. That matches King of SMM's terms and goes further than NuclearSMM's, which refund nothing to your card.

The terms set limits too. An account that had 100,000 or more followers, likes or views before the order gets no refill protection. Running several services on one account at once voids a refund. A chargeback "without valid cause" can cost you the account and "any followers or likes previously delivered" to it.

ScamAdviser, Sitejabber's page (which now opens on SmartCustomer), Reviews.io and Companies House, read October 23, 2026.

ScamAdviser says it's "unsure if the website is legit," on a report updated five days before our read. Its negatives: the owner is hiding "his identity on WHOIS using a paid service," it found "many low rated websites on the same server," and it flags "cryptocurrency services which can be high risk" among the payment options. The site's own terms and about page do name its companies, which WHOIS doesn't show. One more reason, "It seems this company is offering likes & followers of social media," counts against every seller, Hclout included.

Trustpilot keeps our reader out. Google's top result for "bulkfollows review" was a Trustpilot page for bulkfollow.com, without the final s, with 19 reviews, and a Trustpilot list in Google's preview shows that page at 1.7. We can't tell from outside whether that address belongs to the same business.

Who answers "bulkfollows review" in Google?

We read Google's top 10 US results on October 23, 2026. Two were Trustpilot pages for other addresses, bulkfollow.com and bulksmmfollows.com, and one was the panel's own about page. A press release on openPR from August 2026 puts it in a "Top 7 SMM Panels" list. A panel comparison site lists "5,906" services for it, and it showed no prices when we read it.

A Reddit post from March 2026 calls it "Simple and affordable" with "mostly automated support," as Google shows it. A BlackHatWorld thread from 2020 lists it among the providers people use.

Is BulkFollows safe?

It says "We never ask for your account password," and its terms put the platform risk on you. BulkFollows "bears no liability for account suspensions, content removals, or other actions taken by" the platforms, in their words.

The platforms' rules apply either way. "Content and channels that don't follow this policy may be terminated and removed from YouTube," YouTube's fake engagement policy says. Instagram said in 2018 it would remove "inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity," so bought numbers can drop at any seller.
