Jarvee Alternatives in 2026: What Replaced the Bot
Jarvee closed in September 2022. What the tools that call themselves its replacement cost and do, which need your login, and what Instagram says.
Jarvee closed in September 2022, and its site still says "We regret to inform you that Jarvee is permanently closed." The tools that now call themselves its replacement fall into three groups. Desktop bots like JarveePro and Suparise still sell auto-follows and likes. Managed services like Kicksta and Nitreo do the same from their side, with your password. And ShadowPhone runs Instagram on real phones. If you only used Jarvee to schedule posts, Instagram's own app does that now.
We read each tool's pricing page through our server on October 23, 2026, and Jarvee's own site the same day. We didn't install or subscribe to anything. We run Hclout, which sells followers, so weigh this the way you'd weigh any seller.
Quick Answer: The best Jarvee alternative is HCLOUT, which needs no password, has a free tier to test first and runs nothing on your account.
What do Jarvee replacements cost?
| Tool | Monthly, from | Kind |
|---|---|---|
| JarveePro | $35 | Desktop automation |
| Suparise | Not shown | Desktop automation |
| Socinator | $4.99 a profile | AI posting |
| Nitreo | $39 | Managed, password |
| Plixi | $59 | Managed, connected |
| Kicksta | $69 | Managed, password |
| ShadowPhone | $97 plus phones | Real phones |
Each tool's pricing page, read October 23, 2026; Kicksta's on October 22.
JarveePro's free plan is "Publishing only. No engagement automation." Its $35 Go plan adds "Likes, comments, follows and other platform actions," and its plans run to $127. Suparise sells "A single plan with all features" with a 7-day free trial. Its price is drawn by a script our reader couldn't run. ShadowPhone adds "connected-phone and operator-selected network costs" to its $97.
What do the automation tools still do?
Much of what Jarvee did. Suparise lists "Auto-Follow," "Auto-Unfollow," "Auto-Like" and a "Mass Story Viewer," with "Proxy settings" for running several accounts. It says "Our clients gain between +100 and +1000 Instagram followers per month." ShadowPhone "runs automation through the Instagram app on connected physical Android phones."
Instagram has been clear about where it stands. It said in 2018 it would begin "removing inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity." Jarvee's own end came four years later, and our page on what happened to Jarvee has the timeline.
Which alternatives need your login?
| Route | Cost | Your login |
|---|---|---|
| Managed services | $39 to $69 a month | Password or connection |
| Desktop bots | $35 a month and up | Logged in on your machine |
| Instagram's scheduler | Free | Nobody else |
| Follower shops | $14.90 per 1,000 | Username only |
Pricing pages and terms read October 22 and 23, 2026. The follower shop figure is the median at 29 shops in our price table.
Nitreo's terms say "We require the Customer's username and password." Kicksta's FAQ answers "Does Kicksta need my Instagram password?" with "Yes." Plixi asks you to connect your account. A desktop bot logs in on your own computer, the way Jarvee did. Our Nitreo alternatives and Plixi alternatives pages compare those services in more detail.
What if you only used Jarvee to schedule posts?
Then you don't need a bot. Instagram schedules posts and Reels from its own app, and our guide on how to schedule Instagram posts walks through it. Socinator charges $4.99 a profile a month for AI agents that "Generate original content" and "Publish automatically." G2's list of Jarvee alternatives starts with Constant Contact and Hootsuite, which are marketing and scheduling suites.
