UseViral says it has sold "since 2015," on a domain set up in 2020. SidesMedia says it "was founded in 2017 and acquired by a group in 2023," on a domain first set up in 2006. Both say they operate from the United Arab Emirates, and both say they're for personal use only.

For TikTok, they're both above the median at 1,000 and at or below it at 10,000. UseViral also sells YouTube watch hours, $269.99 for 4,000, the count YouTube's Partner Program asks for. YouTube's policy says traffic "found to be artificial will not be counted on YouTube and can lead to strikes on your account." What happens if you file a chargeback?

They'd both like you to write first. UseViral's refund policy says "a dispute filed without contacting us first is treated as fraudulent under our Terms." SidesMedia asks you to "contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback." After a bad-faith dispute, its terms say, it may reset your followers and likes, close your account and ban your IP address. UseViral's terms say it may reset delivered engagement, close your account or block your IP address.

Both refill drops for 30 days after delivery. UseViral adds "as long as the service is still available."

What do buyers and checks say?

UseViral's Sitejabber page is mostly complaints: 83% of its 194 reviews give one star. The newest, from March 2025, says "Total scam. They take your money and don't deliver anything." SidesMedia doesn't have any Sitejabber reviews. The top Google result for this comparison is a 2021 Reddit thread calling both shops frauds, which we read only as Google shows it.
