Several guides that rank for this search are out of date. One 2025 guide still says job seekers "pay only $29.99/month," and an older one gives "between $30 and $120 per month." LinkedIn's own page says US$39.99.
What does each plan include?
Premium Career is for job hunting. It gives you "5 InMails per month" to message hiring managers outside your network, plus job and applicant insights, AI tools and LinkedIn Learning. LinkedIn says it's "best for active job seekers, people making a career change, people wanting more visibility or recruiter access."
Premium Business is for selling and networking. You get "15 InMail credits monthly," "unlimited access to view profiles beyond your immediate network," advanced search filters, "more than 25,000 LinkedIn Learning courses," and "who's viewed your profile over the past 90 days." LinkedIn aims it at "small business owners, leaders, and executives."
Premium All-in-One bundles Business with Page tools and ad money. Paying subscribers "receive $50 in hiring credits and $50 in post boosting credits per month," and the trial month gives "$100 in post boosting and $100 in hiring credits."
Premium Company Page is for a business Page. It adds "a custom call to action button," a customer testimonial, and "seeing who's visited your Page."
Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite are separate LinkedIn products, with their own plans.
Is LinkedIn Premium worth it?
It depends on what you'll use it for, and LinkedIn makes it cheap to find out. Most plans start with a free trial, and a paid charge "may be refundable within 7 days from the date the subscription is charged without Premium usage," LinkedIn's refund policy says.
A few questions help:
- Are you messaging people outside your network? InMail is the core of Career and Business. LinkedIn claims InMail is "5.7x more likely to hear back" than cold email, citing its own data from March 2026.
- Are you job hunting right now? Career's price makes most sense for a few months of active searching. Cancel when the search is over.
- Do you run a Page? Only the Company Page and All-in-One plans add Page features.

How can you pay less for LinkedIn Premium?
- Pay yearly. LinkedIn lists savings of 50% on Career, 36% on Business, 30% on a Company Page and 17% on All-in-One.
- Use the free trial well. If you cancel a trial, "you won't be eligible to sign up for another free trial for at least 12 months," LinkedIn says. Start it when you'll actually use it.
- Share a duo plan. Two Career licenses start at US$59.98 a month together.
- Downgrade instead of canceling. LinkedIn lets you switch to a cheaper plan on desktop.
Watch promotions, too. LinkedIn says that if you cancel a promotional price, you can't get it back.
Can you get a refund?
Sometimes. Besides the 7-day rule for unused plans, "Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins," LinkedIn says, with other rules in Brazil, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Our guide on how to cancel LinkedIn Premium lists them all, with the steps for each way of paying.
